Dr. Shetty was one of the best educators that I’ve had during my educational years. His passion for chemistry and method of explanation made the subject so interesting and today, I have a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was always approachable – not only in the subject that he taught but also for guiding us in how our future career paths could look like.

Dr. Shetty has a unique ability to find multiple appropriate solutions for a myriad of problems. In addition to being particularly patient, Dr. Shetty demonstrated excellent judgement and time management skills while tutoring me. His brash, energetic personality creates an engaging learning environment, but more importantly, he provides space for constructive discussion. I benefitted greatly from his tutoring service.

Dr Shetty's lessons really helped me understand Chemistry HL in the IB. He provided lots of practice material and re taught concepts until they were clearly understood. He also assisted with fixing lab reports and helping us come up with better evaluations and conclusions from our experimental data. His class played a large part in helping me achieve a Grade 7.

Dr. Shetty taught me chemistry AS/A2 in the years 2004-2006 at RIMS international junior college.The time that Dr. Shetty joined our institute as a teacher, I was struggling with the subject (I used to fear it) and the format of A-level education. He made learning this difficult subject fun in class and gave additional support to those of us who needed it. This helped me greatly and I started enjoying chemistry. His teaching lessons did not only help me get through junior college but also helped me build a foundation for graduate school.
Dr. Shetty does not only makes learning fun and interesting but also is a wonderful friend and guide to all his students. He took interest in building us as individuals and helped us shape our thoughts and taught us many life lessons. Today, even after 12 years of formally teaching me, he continues to be my teacher, guide and friend. He is one of the best teachers I have had in my life.  Thank you sir, for being such a wonderful teacher and an integral part of my life.

I completed my higher education at Dhirubhai Ambani International School and did the International Baccalaureate (IB). I took Chemistry at a higher level and was taught by Dr. Narendra Shetty. A good teacher is not one that just explains the subject well but is also one that makes sure you have understood it, which is exactly what he did. He was always very systematic, and no class felt as though it was a waste of time. He had in depth knowledge of the subject at hand and managed to explain it in a very student friendly manner. I was provided with more than enough resources and practice sheets which allowed me to solidify my understanding of the subject. He was very approachable and would never hesitate from answering a question no matter the number of times it was asked. Classes with him were always fun and extremely intellectually stimulating. He was a brilliant teacher and I was very lucky to have him teach me chemistry.

Dr Narendra Shetty taught me in school and in private tuition for Chemistry. The learning experience was very calm and friendly. Available anytime for our doubts and queries. His knowledge and expertise are of a very high standard. Very inspirational in nature. He had also helped me with a project on alternate aviation fuel which I couldn’t take further due to my work. Overall an unforgettable journey which still continues as friendship.
